Coupons


Can I use more than one coupon?

Unfortunately not. You can only use one at a time!

Where do I enter my coupon?

There is a box to enter the coupon on the checkout page, after the cart page. 

Restaurant.com Coupons

Restaurant.com coupons you've purchased for Peacebone work the same way as discount codes. Only one code can be applied at a time.

Subscription Coupons

Your 25% discount is automatically applied to all Peacebone Brand products.  You can use additional coupons on top of the auto-discount!  Subscribe to our newsletter and you'll receive coupons to make your subscription discount go well beyond 25%!

Never fear!  You can reset your password by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link located above the password field on the Sign In page.  Still having trouble?  It's all good! Email our team at woof@peacebonepet.com and we'll fix it for you!

Change or Cancel my Subscription

Once logged into your account, you are free to make any changes to your subscription that you'd like, including canceling any time.  If you'd like, we can also do it for you!  Just shoot us an email.

Where does Peacebone ship?

We currently ship anywhere in the United States

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat rate of 5.95 for orders under $49

When will I get my stuff?

Please allow for one day for processing. Your will be in your paws within two business days! 

Weekends

Please allow our warehouse staff to hang out with their pups and go hiking on weekends! If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday, it will ship out on Monday.

I didn't get all my stuff!

We have two different facilities we ship from. If you only received part of your order, fear not! The rest will arrive shortly. 

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Fear not, we do! 

Can I return my order?

Yes! Peacebone offers a money back guarantee!  If we're not the best thing since sliced bread, let us know and we'll refund your full purchase.

How is the wholesale product shipped?

While we're working tirelessly to secure distribution, alas we are not yet in the catalogs. However, this is good news for you! We will be personally managing your account!

Can I order only one case to try them out at my store?

Yes! Absolutely. In fact Peacebone offers a buy back guarantee! If Peacebone does not fly off your shelves within 60 days, we will buy it back!

Lead time?

Orders placed before 11am are processed and shipped to your store for free (on us) the same day. Lead time is roughly 1 week. Get in touch now and we’ll be happy to set you up.

From where does Peacebone source its products?

Peacebone works exclusively with a small number of qualified farms in the North East and Mid West United States. Peacebone only works with farms that pass our strict tests, including:

- No GMOs

- No Antibiotics

- Grass Fed Animals
